Bombay Authentics Vindaloo
Ii is a great pity that Vindaloo has been hi-jacked by the late night curry house diners, who regard eating the hottest possible curry as a test of manhood! Created in former Portuguese colony of Goa, Vindaloo is traditionally made with Pork, hot and spicy but not searingly so. Our Vindaloo contains plum tomatoes, fresh coriander, root ginger, brown mustard seed, lemon juice, tamarind, fresh chilli, white cumin seeds. Add potaoes to stretch out the meat. Also great with any dark meat, duck, venison, beef, camel, ostrich....! |
