One of the reasons we created Bombay Authentics Luxury Curry Sauces was because we couldn't find a sauce in a jar that was a 'credible' alternative to a curry made from scratch.  Most 'shop-bought' sauces required the addition of extra ingredients - onions or tomatoes etc and many had the consistency of gravy and tasted watery - in short, products designed to be time-saving that actually took just as long (if not longer!) to prepare.  As busy working mums we wanted a product that was 'complete' (only requiring the addition of some diced meat), free from additives, tasted fantastic - and - would be ready - on the table - in 20 minutes!

 

Our sauces contain all natural ingredients, no artificial flavourings or colours and are free of gluten, trans fats GMO's and are low in Carbs! All the ingredients are personally sourced by the founders of the company for their taste, quality and provenance.

Korma

A classic North Indian dish made with fresh Greek yoghurt, ginger, coconut milk, whole black cardamoms cinnamon and fresh coriander. Try it with white fish, king prawns,

 

 

 

Tikka Masala

 Britain’s favourite; contains all the classic ingredients: Greek yoghurt, plum tomatoes, fresh coriander, fresh mint and paprika. Add diced chicken or marinade chicken breast or thigh for the barbecube.Add potato or serve as a vegetarian option.

 

 

 

Jalfrezi 

A slightly sweet curry with a hint of heat: made with red and green peppers, Greek yoghurt, freshlemon juice, grated coconut, plum tomatoes, fresh coriander, fresh chilli and ginger root. Great with prawns and spinach, Aubergine and mushrooms or spinach and potatoes for a tasty Saag Aloo.

 

 

Rogan Josh

Our Rogan Josh lends itself perfectly to Lamb and is rich and full of flavour.  Made with red peppers, fresh lemon juice, plum tomatoes, fresh coriander, aniseed, cloves, black cardamoms, fresh coriander fresh chilli and ginger root. Also goes well with any red meat, try a Kofta curry, minced meat balls spiced with chillies and garam masala.

 

 

Madras 

Made with root ginger and fresh lemon juice our Madras has a sharper taste, ideal for cooking with vegetables also contains plum tomatoes, fenugreek, black pepper, tamarind, mustard seeds and fresh chilli. Try duck, venison or beef. Fantastic with aubergine and red peppers.

 

 

 

Vindaloo 

Created in former Portuguese colony of Goa, Vindaloo is traditionally made with Pork.  Our Vindaloo contains plum tomatoes, fresh coriander, root ginger, brown mustard seed, lemon juice, tamarind, fresh chilli, white cumin seeds. Add potaoes to stretch out the meat. Great with any dark meat, duck, venison, beef, camel, ostrich....!
